If Mario Barrios Destroys Keith Thurman, Should Tank Rematch Him At 147???

No. I know you love Pac. You minimizing Tanks fight against Barrios, yet Pac drained fighters in his biggest fights. Do you believe Pac should have rematched those guys at the correct weights as well? Or should he be given a pass for being the smaller guy challenging himself? I believe this is a fair question. Personally, I think he is given some slack because he was doing great things. That being said, the Tank fight was a good fight, there was no catchweight or rehydration clause. It was a straight up win. Barrios made weight and it really isn't Davis' problem if his opponent can't make weight without issues. I think a better comparison is, Tefemo/Kambosos. Do you think GK should rematch Teo at 140?

I feel like Thurman fighting PPV is just a way to prevent as many people watching his first comeback fight. It would be easier to sell Thurman vs Spence/Crawford if nobody sees how poorly Thurman does vs Barrios in his comeback.

 

Imagine if what Barrios said about being drained is true, and he comes out a new man against a rusty Thurman. That would be a nightmare for One Time.
