They're both not young but JMM has looked sharp against Juarez, BArrera, and Pac, while Casa has looked like vomit.

    Different fighters age differently.

im a big fan but no I dont think hes still in that level after casa, but an impressive win @ 135 will definite against a fresh oponent.

look at your user name. I bet on Casa to win against Katsidis, and I'm happy I made my money, but he looked pretty bad. Getting knocked out of the ring against such a limited opponent was really embarassing for a quality fighter like Casa. He's done man. Sorry.

Even if Casa would probably have won a close decision either way, prime Casa would have knocked out KAtsidis in a one-sided beatdown.

I think one factor will make this a very good win for Marquez, maybe not good enough, but he could probably still be reigning at 126 if he hadn't chased the big money fights. Casa will be a lot bigger, so that will make the win better for JMM.

He's always been better. The others had better matches.

No, his resume is still lacking.

Morales and Barrera were the at the top in 3 divisions and beat many recognizable names. If Marquez was to catch up to them in terms of legacy he would need to establish himself pretty high at lightweight and finally get his win on paper against MP.

if you're right, then props, but i see no way in hell how Casa can beat JMM, as long as JMM comes in well prepared.

If jmm beats casa no credit
if pac beats casa no credit

Casa already in his twight of his career. he is just a fraction of his
old self. His last few wins is very close win or probably questionable to a certain extent.

Whats sad is this thread ..To think JMM could even hang with the likes of Morales and Barrera all time with what he has accomplished thus far is what really is sad !
