say if he becomes a free agent(dont know the details of the contract he has with Bob) and the match could be set up on s Danny Garcia Adrien Broner Miguel Cotto Floyd Mayweather Canelo Alvarez if Marquez is Elite and top 5 pound per pound, a win over Tim in a brutal fashion would catapult him even higher.. dont know if any of you put Broner and Garcia in elite level just yet, but to me they are not but who else is left?
Is his TR contract only for one fight? If so I'd like to see him v Broner. If not I guess the only possible fight would be Cotto but that would surely have to be at a catchweight.
Out of the list, I'd like to see him against Garcia But it won't happen. All future opponents against Marquez are going to request stringent testing on the contract and JMM won't do it. He will have two options: retire with the steroid controvery forever tainting his name or fight someone after he cycles off but lose a one-sided fight since his age will show as he won't be roid infused.
As has been said before, he wont be able to fight any big names because they will all demand VADA. He'd have to take someone who doesnt have much leverage and who needs a payday. Someone like Guerrero. Pacquiao, Cotto, Canelo, Broner, and Garcia are NOT fighting him without VADA.
