If Martinez had beaten Cotto..?

    Well idk about KO but I do think Cotto CAN win that fight.

    But if I had to pick, I'd pick GGG by KO.

    Cotto was always a class above Martinez though and Martinez really wasn't a big draw. Even when that fight took place, the PPV sales were disappointing.

    Sergio's resume takes a huge dump on GGG's.

    Golovkin is an EIGHT year pro.

    Where was he when Pavlik...Abraham...Hopkins...Taylor ect ect were around??

    Thing is about Martinez, he obviously knew his legs was shot when he fought Cotto, and probably thought he was gonna lose.

    He's still fighting on apparently and going to fight Strum.

    I see him as one of these fighters that we are still hearing about it 5 years losing to some bum.

    He should retire after Sturm with some of his S.exiness still intact, don't want to see an old sad decrepit Sergio being beaten down like SRR, I think he wants to retire on a win.

    A farewell fight in argentina would be great then retirement.the thing is if Martinez wins he will believe he still has it and continue on fighting.I think he should retire now you don't have it any more maravilla don't be like roy jones jr.

    they were in talks before that you ****** they already know who they are fighting.now they are going to make it official.have fun buying lee vs cotto on ppv you *******.

    I have Tremendous respect for the legacy of Miguel Cotto .

    He never ducked anyone and always wanted test himself against the best .

    Exiting style , always presses for the knockout .

    hate him or love him , You have no choice but to respect Cotto .

    I think if Sergio had beaten him he probably would've tried to cash in on other big money fights- specifically against Canelo or FLoyd.

    While the GGG fight would be great and the best MW matchup in years, it still wouldn't be considered a big money fight when comparing it to potential matchups with Alvarez or Mayweather.
