:huh Over what time span are you talking? Two wins bookending what, 4 years? DLH, a part time boxer at the time, and Cotto, a JrMW w/ no wins over any other top JrMW? Both guys are top fighters. However, DLH's JrMW reign ended w/ a loss to Shane. Since that fight, he won a belt from Mayorga after inactivity and two losses, one to Sturm (we all know) and Hopkins. Cotto's high standing at 154 is pretty muich based on his career at 140 and especially 147.

If Floyd beats Cotto, as expected, I don't think that win is a top win at 154. That doesn't mean it isn't good, but in terms of the JrMW division, no. HIs win over DLH would be better, if only based on what DLH did years prior.

How is Cotto such a HUGE win at 154 when his only significat win at 154 is over Foreman? A fighter NO ONE holds highly?

Cotto hasn't really done much at 154, but if Floyd beats him, he'd done more than anybody currently at 154 because none of these guys are fighting eachother except Williams, Lara and Molina.

I guess you can count Kirkland and Angulo too
