He beat Hatton and Marquez at weights THEY were at their best at. Floyd did not. But the win over DLH was alright.

You cannot say Cotto was weight drained unless facts back that up. Just being under 147 does not automatically make him weight drained. That is only opinion.

Alright, so if Floyd said he couldn't fight Pacquiao because he was going to focus instead on his record labels, you believe people would accept that as they have that Pacquiao wants to run for office?

No, because most sane people don't equate record labels with public service to a nation.

    That's a scary thought.

Wow!!!! Sorely mis-informed. Floyd had just fought Oscar at 154lbs...So you think its SMART AND WISE to drop 14lbs to fight Hatton...Instead of Meeting in the middle (which they did) at 147lbs?:-(

If you want to say your the Best then NO NEED for a catchweight...Fight Cotto and Oscar at a legit 147lbs.

That's what I thought. What a joke. That IS a double standard.

Pacquiao deciding he wants to run for public office is a personal choice, one that he finds fulfilling. If Floyd made a personal choice that he found fulfilling, he'd get nailed to the wall for it. You just made my point.

If Floyd fights Matthew Hatton or even mentions Matthew Hatton I will join the hater club and post at least one hater comment per day.

if matthew can win, draw or even look good. even look good in rounds, this will really kill flloyd. a great fighter, fighting a guy with nothing to lose, always a bad idea. if i were hatton i would call joe bugner for some tips.

Its funny how Mayweather is catching heat for Pacman not wanting the fight(in which he will get beaten). Since when has Bob Arum picked who Floyd fights.

There's not even the remote possibility of Matthew Hatton putting up resistance. Floyd is a genuine all-timer elite fighter, which is why this fight is absurd to even talk about. It is NOT going to happen.

    1. The double standard and flat out joke of it.

    2. Not for years. It's just convenient for Floyd detractors to quote Arum as though he tells the truth (ever) when it's convenient.
