If Mayweather beats Pac, he can fight Mickey Mouse if he wants to.

I don't know if he would beat him, but based on those attributes I think Cotto gives Mayweather more trouble than any other fighter at 147 or 154.

I think this fight is possible, but I don't like it 1 bit. Mayweather schools him just like pac did. If PBF beats pac (if the fight gets made of course) then I think he should fight Serigo Martinez. If he beats them two, well he will go down as 1 of the greatest ever IMO.

Cotto has only a wild punch dream of beating Mayweather. Floyd has way to much boxing skill, ring IQ, mental stability, and SPEED. he would open a clinic on Cotto.

I'd get the PPV, but I don't think the outcome would be in doubt.

    Mayweather-120
    Cotto-108

I agree. And that's why Floyd avoided prime Cotto.

Nothing left but a mw match with Martinez. Then, on down the road, PW, after a PW-Martinez rematch.

He's got to have his eye on the mw belt, while Sergio has it. It's his best chance to get a mw belt, in an interesting bout because the size difference is not too great.

Of course all this could happen even without a bout with Pac.

what could possibly warrant that? he's good, but he doesn't even has the resume to be a top 10 welterweight of all time. how could you argue that?

If he beats Pacquiao his options are limited.

Paul Williams would be a big test due to the size difference but I get the feeling PW would be thought of as a bum by the end of the night, then you've got guys like Berto and Cotto who I wouldn't give much of a chance, I can see Golden Boy trying to build Khan up into a superstar as soon as they can to try and hype a fight between him and Mayweather.

If he did plan on fighting Martinez at 160 I doubt he would just jump straight up so a fight with Cotto at 154 in between is possible.

mayweather would need to get in the ring with pac to beat him, and that's not looking likely at the moment..but if he does, pac's gonna wipe the floor with him(mayweather knows this, and thus the reason he wants no part of it)

and,if margo has anything left and cotto is willing to get back in the ring with him, i think the same thing happens again.

Cotto gets busted up. Floyd will make him miss all day and counter at will.

Cotto will not hear the bell, PBF will beat him from Pillar to Post. It would be excruciating to watch
