Its a myth, those mind games worked on the last 4 opponents but they wont work on FMJ, Pac aint a small man, far from it, Mayweather will treat him as such & out-skill his wild ass.

Mayweather has had 5 fights at welter and Pac has had 2.

ATG fighters overcome physical advantages (i.e. Robinson, Langford, Armstrong), everyone likes to put Manny in that pantheon, those guys overcame significant weight advantages and still won. If SRR tells Maxim to come down to 170 maybe he wins the LHW crown. Manny is fighting these guys with perks (bringing Oscar down and fighting Cotto at 145, outside of Hatton) recently and everyone is all for it because he is the "smaller man" even though he is ripping these guys apart. :verysad

If he is SOOO GREAT let him prove it without making excuses if he fails.

I agree with you. You speak the truth without bias unlike the others.

Agreed. He fought De La Hoya at 154 and got no credit for fighting the bigger man. Pacquiao got nothing but credit for fighting De La Hoya.

ok Hatton was a JWW (close enough) and DLH was certainly a top 10 fighter still.

The problem is that PBF is also an ATG with huge physical advantage.

So the playing field should be leveled right? :huh

Spinks went up to fight an undefeated Holmes and won, did Holmes have to make any concessions?? And Manny JUST DESTROYED MIGUEL COTTO!!!! A bulky hard-hitting Welterweight WTF!!

Risk is a part of boxing, Manny is guaranteed 25 million dollars, his reward is much greater than his risk, STOP THE EXCUSES!!!

Ok but considering that Pac came from a lower weight class the fight should be at 144 lbs at least to even the playing field like you said. I think most fans want to see a fair fight and it should be.

Whoever wins is the better fighter there should be no excuses from fans of either fighter.
