as i've said before hatton and cotto fight.....anything is possible in boxing......money has some advantage over pac....but those will not guarantee that he will not be ko'd by pac....that's why i love boxing.......NO one is a sure winner until they are up there on the ring....getting pounded and bloodied...

How can it be even when the bigger fighter has to drain themselves to make weight. Is that your definition of even? The point is when you move up in weight, your are taking your skills up to that weight class NOT YOUR SIZE. To find out how good you really are. Both Pac and Mayweather have constantly done this, as well as others.

Pac is not draining himself, nor is he looking like he putting on the pounds just to make weight. This guy is ****ing ripped each time he has stepped up. Pac aint the small guy no more, stop bullshitting, that theory has been thrown out the window.

He looked just as big as cotto in that ring. Pac has fought at WW twice now. If he wants to come in at 144 that his choice, remember that's within the ww limit.

Exactly. He has a WW belt FFS. He had one catchweight fight, I can understand it and Cotto agreed to it, I don't hold it against him. But that's over with now. You can't deck Miguel Cotto twice and bash his face up to hell and then say you want a catchweight for Floyd Mayweather, Jr. That'd be ridiculous.

Exactly, if you make overtures that favor one particular fighter how the hell can it be fair??!! :blood

Because Floyd has more reach and has fought at 147 longer he should make himself more accomodating for Manny?!?!:rofl

i will say floyd is much better than i currently think he is. i do believe pac has a size disadvantage but not big enough that it would rob floyd of a great victory over a great fighter.

It is also unfair for the fighter coming from the lower weight division to put on some fats to compete at higher divisions. Thats why the catchweight was invented to even up the odds for both fighters.

Pac in the Cotto fight was a little bit fat and slow but it was fair since it was a catchweight of 145 lbs. Cotto also lost some weight advantage. Both fighters has to make a sacrifice to even the playing field.

It really is a double-standard. Cotto had a size advantage over Pacquiao and everyone was very frank about it. Even Cotto himself admitted he had a size advantage over Pacquiao.

How come now that its Floyd its so taboo to say that Flyod has a size advantage?

Listen to these Pac-***s talk about Floyd's "size" making a difference in this fight. It means they are either dumb as ****, or just don't think Pacman can beat him. It's so pathetic. Joke Coach Roach started all this crap and they just follow his tune.

You should just come out and state your excuses without trying to twist it to sound legit!
