I find this funny because *****s used to say one-legged foreman, shot mayorga and one-eyed margo when describing cotto's victory at LMW.
The thing you fail to understand is that Cotto would never ever beat Floyd, no matter how well he performed against Alfonso Gomez in 2008. Floyd is a terrible style matchup for him. And you saying that Cotto has been through too many wars is like saying that Hatton had been through too many wars by the time he fought Pac, especially after his astoundingly brutal KO loss to Floyd. Of course you will say "well Hatton was fighting Pac at 140 which is his natural weight class!" And you will point to Hatton's "victories" over Juan Lazcano (who nearly KO'ed Hatton) and Malinaggi (who had NO power at 140 and had his jaw broken by Cotto) as saying that he wasnt done at that point. Well Floyd is fighting Cotto at 154, which is now his natural weight class. He defeated 3 former world champs at the weight, stopping all of them. And he also now has his manhood back (something he says was taken from him in the Margo fight BEFORE he fought Pac at a catchweight). So if you bash Floyd vs. Cotto, then you should be bashing Pac vs. Hatton because the circumstances are VERY similar!:deal
dude, all you have been doing since the fight was announced is making sure floyd gets no credit at all. then you go and make threads like 'who thinks it will be a hard fight for pac?' so basically if he does bad 'hey, we all knew it was gunna be hard, bradley is this and that' etc if pac demolishes him you can say 'AHHH OMG!!! PACMAN P4P NUMBER ONE, WOWOWOOWOWOWOWOW!', be objective and fair.
Those do describe his victories...? That however doesn't change the fact that he's the best available opponent for May 5th 2012. The same opponent Pac was wanting to fight a weight class below where he holds a championship belt, saying he wouldn't sacrifice his body for Pac again. So if Arum said even a 50/50 wouldn't get a Pac and Mayweather fight on May 5th 2012, who should have Mayweather fought? :huh
Either that or it's his fault Sergio had a fight in March and he has to report to jail beginning of June. Damn Floyd and his timing. He should have just went to jail in January instead of delaying his sentence so he could duck and dodge Martinez with different fight schedules. ****ing mastermind ducker Floyd is. :nut
depends who you are asking. someone who commits suicide bombing is viewed as murderer by almost everybody yet is viewed as martyr by another person. It is all depending on perspective. If you went to the gayweather annual convention and bought the sunglasses labelled Money, you will have a differing view than most everybody. However,as history have shown in ESB,they actually expect people who are not wearing the same sunglasses to have the same view. And if you don't, you are a hater or don't know boxing.
this is ******ed. this is like saying floyd would never need to fight anyone since he has the advantage in most H2H match-ups. not exactly correct since LWW is hatton's best weight and more accomplished while WW is cotto's best weight and more accomplished. beating quintana (undefeated), judah (pass prime but still good) , mosley (pass prime but still relevant) and clottey (prime) at the weight is far greater than beating foreman, mayorga (way pass prime) and margarito (damaged eye).
floyd get's credit. i'm just exposing the *****s who have said that cotto was damaged goods before only to turn around and say something else when floyd is fighting him next.
Cotto is COMPLETELY DEVASTATED. What a masterful performance by Floyd. Pac v Cotto, 2 KD, TKO12 = "Pac is This content is protected by Cotto" Pac v Mosley, 1 KD, 12-0 = "Pac This content is protected against Mosley" Floyd v Cotto, 9-3 = " This content is protected by Floyd" LMFAO! :rofl
