If Mayweather ducks Pacquiao now, he cannot be considered top 100 of all time

Thats because if manny calls out floyd, floyd will say ''ok, you wanna fight me? move up to welterweight and i want 60%''. As it stands, pacquiao doesnt need floyd, and floyd will argue that he doesnt need pac, but at the end of the day its pac who is in prime position right now and if floyd wants to fight him, he should accept an equal share of the money!! if they dont fight each other, pac will go down as a greater champion than floyd ever was!!! WILL FLOYD ALLOW THIS??

Coming from a big mayweather fan, I give you lots of props there Scar for speaking your mind. You are right that Pacman should not even be fighting these guys at welter, he came from 7 divisions up to fight these elites. I can't believe what I am seeing, and he is beating them like a monster. I honestly thought Cotto would be the one to end his streak, but man I can't believe he destroy Cotto too. As you say, it would be like Mayweather going higher up in weights to beat the best guys up there. It is an amazing legacy Pac is leaving behind. All fighters should follow Pac and fight for the history. I am a pac fan now. I will still support my man Cotto though.

And I agree that Mayweather doesn't deserve a shot at Pac but Pac wants to seek the toughest challenge so Mayweather will be his next opponent. It will be the biggest fight since Tyson vs Holyfield.

I want them to fight. I hate them both. I'm a proud mexican man and don't like manny cause he made his name out of beating our good fighters and don't like gayweather because he refuses to take a risk and beat a real welterweigh.

 

Wait a sec...it seemed to me like Pac was ducking Floyd. Merchant pressed him about Mayweather and Pac kept saying "I need a vacation, I want to spend time with my family, this was a hard fight and I need a vacation. I do what Bob Arum tells me to do." No where did he even say he even wanted to fight floyd.

If this fight doesn't happen it's cause of Arum and Floyd hate eachother, and their egos will get in the way of this fight. Or cause Arum knows once his boxer loses, he won't be that big a draw anymore...even though he can make more money on this one fight than 5 other pacquiao fights combined
