Heck, IMO since Floyd already said no to Shane, Floyd needs to fight Pac just to retain the respect he still has...
Hell even if he fights pac, he had so many opportunities to fight bigger welter like floyd, margo, cotto. Still no respect period. He doin it for the big big big payday if he does take this.
