Lol! that will be the ultimate boxer. Imagine pacman's relentlessness, power, heart and speed hand/foot plus pbf's boxing skills/technique, defense and ring generalship/intelligence. That combination will result to the greatest boxer of all time.
He didn't do enough in that fight which he probably should have lost. I do give him credit for doing the rematch but I don't see that performance as a great display of heart. As for you're other comment, well you proved you're an idiot.atsch
I wouldnt question FMJs heart but rather his mentality. He must know that he is only hurting his own legacy by not returning to the ring ASAP. I dont think he is scared of Cotto or Margarito, Im sure he thinks he can beat them (I do too), maybe he feels he has done enough with the money he has made & being a 5 weight champion, fair enough, its his life but my problem with that is that he says he is better than Robinson & Ali, if your gonna talk like that.... AT LEAST dont retire in your prime, ****in prove what you say & stop being a *****.
So fighting toe to toe with one of the best inside fighters of this generation while suffering numerous injuries isnt a display of heart? So what does your fatass do on a daily basis? Do you fight criminals like Batman?
You moron did you miss the fact he was injured during the fight? Did you miss the fact we arent talking about winning or losing but heart? Boy you're dumb. What are you doing on this website. You obviously dont follow boxing.
He would be an absolute beast. Also he would possibly have a few losses on his record because he would have probably already have fought guys like Cotto, Williams, Margarito, etc, etc. I'm not trying to crap on PBF or say he wouldn't have a decent chance of winning those fights, but as any knowledgeable boxing fan knows, styles make fights and even the great Sugar Ray Robinson lost fights to some of the buzz saws he faced in his career (although he later avenged them), but he feared no man and faced anyone willing to step into the ring with him. Maybe I am misunderstanding the meaning of "heart" in this post, but I take it you mean, a true love for the sport, the willingness to test yourself against the very best available fighters (not JUST the biggest money fights), the willingness to go for the glory, even at the risk of being KO'd yourself, and the desire to keep doing it fight after fight without wasting your time with BS fights in between. Floyd was a very special fighter, and he did face and beat some very good fighters, but I think he lacked a true love for the sport and in the latter part of his career, a true "inner fire" when he fought.
His heart? A man refuses to fight a no-name fighter (at that time) and he is called "chicken"? He fought Diego Corrales, Jose Luis Castillo, Gatti and Judah. He outclassed them but they were all seen as "ferocious". Cotto and Margarito were both on the rise by the time he exited. Critics need to check their statistics before laying comments.
if pacquiao has mayweather jrs, skills..... if gamboa had chris byrd's chin if naz had barrera's ability to comeback from a loss ifs.........
If pacquiao had the boxing ablity and the finesse of Donaire...... He wouldnt get all clumsy and nearly get his head knocked off to the nose bleeds by JMM. If Pacquiao was fighting in the early 2000s as a junior featherweight... He'd just be another name.
