Probably he would have retire from boxing like 3 more times. Fought Mosley or a more known welterweight since his fight with Judah earlier. And the only thing I know for sure a lot lesssssss money.

He wouldn't have one of any real note because he would not have gotten as big. Arum and Floyd were at odds and as long as PBF was with him Arum would have the upper hand in how his career panned out. PBF made the right choice in leaving, he has just made bad choices PR wise, and has allowed his opponent choices to be used against him. It never should have gotten to this point. No reason for him not to fight Margarito, Cotto after defeating Mosley, or Shane after defeating Margarito. And no real reason not to fight Manny.

......it is just a shame he has let his ego get the best of him. Because now if he loses to either of them his career will be torn down beyond repair. And unfairly so, but nothing he can do because he will have given them the ability to do it.

    No.

    He wouldn't.

    And the reasons are obvious.

    All 26 million of them.

Arum sealed his fate with PBF by blocking talk of the possibility of a fight between the two when PBF was with him. Understand Arum has so much money he can afford to be spiteful if he so chooses. He is doing a little of that now, with the Manny-Floyd fiasco.....well both are. But only one can actually afford too.....and it isn't the guy with Money in his name "IRONICALLY".

since leaving Arum floyd has become the most famous and highly paid boxer in the sport today , would he have fought a better level of fighter , yes absolutely , arum makes good matches , but arum doesnt do it for free. But then all the top fighters of today are looking to promote as they know it is their name that makes the money . Arum and King had the keys to the city for a very long time, change is good.
