Mayweather for all the controversy outside the ring, is always prepared for a fight. A complete proffesional in every aspect of the game.

However, can Floyd have picked a rejuvenated confident version of Cotto
for May 5th? Something tells me YES, and Cotto is going to be well prepared and possibly more motivated and hungry for the win!

    Wrong!
PBF doesn't overlook or underestimate anyone he will be fully prepared when he faces Cotto.:deal Wishful thinking at best.

    floyd won't overlook cotto.

in boxing, overlooking your opponent is when you are not training for the fight.

instead of training you are eating junk food, smoking, and drinking.

So Floyd : a fighter who has a history of NEVER over looking an opponent and has been in the ring with the likes of Ortiz and Gatti is going to over look because he has the prospect of fighting Canelo? LOL

    Yea right son!!! :patsch

If he already went to Canelo, then he's definitely looking past Cotto and is more confident than ever. I feel that's not bad for Floyd since he will fight with his ususal security and consistency. Now, Ortiz was a tough customer and Cotto will be another latin-american with a big punch but much more experienced. I feel Floyd will be satisfied to go the distance and win a wide points decision against Miguel.

    I dont think he is...

    1. He has never overlooked anyone

    2. Its only his second fight at a higher weight, he's a cautious fighter, at this weight i dont think he takes anything for granted

    3. Cotto is no JMM in what i mean is if he was to overlook anyone JMM would have been the one but he fought as Floyd does always even agasint JMM who had no shot in hell.

He's hardly ever overlooked an opponent and he wouldn't now given the whole Pac saga.

He won't be overlooking him. He'll be looking to out-do Pacquiao's win.
