If Mayweather KO's Canelo Alvarez Does He Have A Glass Jaw?

By their reasoning, probably so. But in reality, a Mayweather KO is much more likely to come as much from Canelo being gassed than from a thunderous punch.

If Floyd hurts Canelo with the first few clean punches that land, yes, but I doubt it. I also doubt Floyd will KO Canelo. A lot of fans are going to be pissed off when Floyd runs and potshots his way to a UD, he'll then claim that his hand was hurt and that will be that.

 

Not to be controversial, but this question got me to thinking..... If Canelo somehow were to KO May, would that mean that Floyd has a glass jaw? I'm of the opinion that May actually has an underrated chin. Yeah he's been hurt, but his recuperative powers are amazing.

For the record, if Nelo does get KO'd (and that's a big "if"), I would assume it'd be from repeated punishment throughout many rounds. If that's the case, than no, I wouldn't say that Canelo has a glass jaw.

Although I do think the 152 could be a factor when he made 151 he was still v young and it is impossible to accurately judge the true effects the weight has on a fighter (an experiment with no control possible)

 

Mayweather can only KO glass jawed fighters, so I guess it would have to be true.. But Canelo hasn't showed any signs of ppor punch resistance. I think if Mayweather does stop him it will likely be a bogus stoppage.

 

FACT, Canelo will be weight drained and weakened for this fight, it was part of Catchweather plan all along
