    Then Floyd Mayweather Jr will have been involved in the 2 highest grossing PPV fights of all time. I think it's time we all take a step back and admit that Floyd is not only the greatest boxer that ever lived, but the biggest celebrity in the history of sports.

    Its not always because of floyd that the numbers hit...For the most part it was who he faced. Oscar vs Floyd was ALL because of oscar going up against floyds record.

    Floyd is not the greatest boxer that ever lived,because technically he is not a conventional boxer.He is not the greatest celebrity either,Oscar is.Floyd is the second greatest self made smash hit in boxing next to Ali,both capitalizing on a mixture of love and hate.Oscar had only peaked to 1.4 without Floyd playing the villain there with everyone knowing how great he was as well.So he is a ppv superstar,but his notoriety will always be the mixture of love and hate around him,second only to Ali.
