No upset here. Mayweather will not apply pressure to Marquez. he will make Marquez chase him for 12 rds and try to have him eat leads all night. And that is against a smaller man. I do not see Mayweather being aggressive @ all here. This will be typical Mayweather bull****. But I will give him credit, after this fight he has no options but Pac-Man, which I really do not wanna see, or natural WW. But I have a strange feeling that if he wins this fight and does not look good @ all, he will want another tune-up, maybe with that Chavez Jr kid.

I know that but you are missing my point. Anyone can say they won a belt in any division as long as they pick and choose the champ, and the sorry one 2 that. I know you do not think someone should come up 15 so lbs and fight, you sound stupid as hell. Make a catch weight. You sound like someone from Mayweather camp. Is that you Roger?

This is real talk right here :deal your telling the truth.

Boxers get away with fighting the weakest links out of a division and then boast about their achievements.

When Mayweather spoke of Mosley's 5 losses, all I have to say is if Mayweather was in the ring with that version of Forrest, he probably would of got UD'ed as well or even knocked the **** out.

We have a real fight tonight between 2 real warriors in Cotto and Clottey and this is why we all love boxing. 2 fighters in their prime fighting each other. And then we have to endure a ****ing welterweight against a lightweight on PPV, its a ****ing joke...

    Hey man,

    That wouldn't surprise me,

I can see Mayweather taking fights with Chavez Jr like you said, Victor Ortiz, Amir Khan and basically all these guys, either smaller than him or in Chavez Jr's case a fighter with just a name and family history as Chavez Sr beat his uncle twice.

Gatti, a blown-up Hatton and Sharmba Mitchell and ur bragging? You give him credit for those, man please. Gatti needs no explanation, he choose not to fight Hatton at his natural weight when he clearly saw him fight Luis Collazo @ 47 and saw how bad he looked @ that weight. Sharmba Mitchell needs no explanation and ur bragging? Man please.

This proves how big of a clown you are. Hatton weighed 152 on fight night. 4 pounds more then Floyd. Tell me dope. Considering hatton weighed the same against Paulie what would Floyd going down in weight mean at all?

Of course you can. If I was to go in there and fight Marquez I would deserve way more credit for beating him that he would for beating me. I'm anout of shape office worker that hasn't laced up a pair of gloves since I was a teenager and he is a world class prizefighter. If he beats me he is doing what he is supposed to do, if I beat him I pulled off the impossible.

Obviously I used an extreme example here but in many cases one fighter deserves more credit than the other if he wins the fight.

These types of questions are really on the ridiculous side......not knocking you my friend, I understand why you're putting it out there......

.....but when you think about it, its not really a fair question.....its like asking, "Is JMM the greatest of all time if he dominates and then KO's Mayweather?"
......not really a fair question.....these things are analyzed at the end of a fighter's career and weighed with his whole body of work.

Lets just see how JMM looks and performs adding nearly 10 lbs to his frame.....if Marquez looks good, fluid, and does'nt hit a wall during the fight where he looks fatigued due to the weight......then I would say you must credit Mayweather for beating a darn good fighter regardless of weight.
If Mayweather wins, he's simply not beating a Welterweight, but he should get some credit in that JMM is a damn good fighter regardless of the weight.

Yeah but did you see the post comment from the Luiz fight. Hatton said he did not want to fight at that weight because he felt sluggish and he had trouble getting comfortable to the weight. He said he was going to go back down to 40 where he felt comfortable @, and you think Fraud did not know this? You are not going to win this one, ur all about stats and records. I watch fights and look 2 results and analyze. I watch the PPV's you watch the highlights. Get a life.

He said that as an excuse because he nearly lost. It had nothing to do with the weight, although Collazo is a bigger fighter then Mayweather. But that is neither here nor there.

Facts say otherwise. Hatton was BIGGER against Floyd in terms of weight. He weighed THE SAME against Paulie. SO tell me, what did weight have anything to do with it? ARe you saying Floyd wouldnt have beaten Hatton if he fought him at 140 lol. They would have basically weighed the same. Floyd would have came in at about 144, Hatton about 152. What did it mattr lol?

Sorry, Floyd has a 65% KO percentage. Meaning he is more likely to stop a fighter then not. He has stopped guys like Corrales, Chavez, and Hatton who before Floyd got to them had never been stopped by anyone, not even close. Hatton took Kosta's best punches, Floyd stops him. Please.

Floyd KO Marquez 10. Bank on it.
