I think that could have done it and some more...:good

At the time it all just tied together, it was awesome, I went, it was not my favourite Vegas trip, but it was good...:good

PBF was awesome, made Ricky Hatton look very very ordinary...:yep

But it was a great display of courage by Ricky Hatton...:happy

Easily would have. Hatton Mayweather was probably one of the biggest sporting events in Britain this decade. Millions of people stayed up until 5 to watch the fight i wish we could get that kind of momentum going for every fight

Am i right in thinking when De la Hoya Hatton as at some point a possibility for Wembley. Imagine that

Easily. I also thought that if Calzaghe had fought Froch last year it would have done 50-60,000+ at Millenium stadium.

People can say Boxing ain't the same as it use to be in this country and only certain fighters draw a big crowd but when boxing has a major fight in this country will never fail to have a big attendance (even when it's not as big as we want it to be here to mainstream).

Big Boxing nights in this country draw from all corners, hardcore fans, casual fans, football fans, Celeb's A-Z List, The list goes on. We love hype in this country from our football to our boxing and this fight would of sold out!

Anyone saying no is mad. For ****s sake over 30,000 went to Vegas....think about the costs and the hassle of Vegas compared to just buying a ticket in England. It did over 1 million PPV buys for a 5am start. It would have sold out Wembley EASILY.

Hell yeah, the fight had non-boxing fans talking about it and gearing up for that! The week leading up to the weekend was crazy, in a great way!

    Easily, yes.
That was a big event, no matter how much of a mismatch us real boxing fans knew it was. Think about how many people tuned in for that, which makes it even funnier to think how exposed/himiliated Hatton got.
