It's too bad Khan doesn't have anything that Floyd could ever want because he continues to duck champions. If he had a belt, maybe he could campaign for a unification bout with Floyd, give Floyd a reason, some kind of accomplishment for beating him.

Mandatory doesn't mean ****, Floyd Mayweather transcends titles.

Khan has press coverage and would play as if Floyd ducking him for some time now.. Floyd even placed him in a poll since then Khan still has not lost so what's the difference now? Khan looking his career best?

Real boxing fans know Floyd only fighting Manny because this fight 5 years too late lol Manny is shot now..

Khan is in his prime now.. no way Floyd fights him even if he Mandatory and don't worry Khan will spin the mandatory bad.. all UK press and most US boxing out let's will report this too..

Realistically, the press wouldn't care about this fight any more than they would a standard Mayweather fight. There's no angle. You can pretend like Mayweather was ducking Khan, but people know he wasn't so that's out. Khan hasn't beaten anybody good at welterweight, so the angle that he deserves a shot is out.

So really, it comes down to what can Khan offer Mayweather? Let's say Khan held the IBF title, which he could have fought for against Brook if he hadn't ducked him, then there's a title that he could offer Floyd. Even if the alphabet titles don't really mean much, it's SOMETHING more than the NOTHING he offers Mayweather. Currently he offers Mayweather his name, and that means nothing, sorry to break it to you. Khan should be working to make himself notable at welterweight with his wins instead of fighting hypejob Algieri and Alexander who had already lost to Bradley and Porter.

Khan squandered his opportunity at being notable in the division in the hope that he would trick Mayweather or Pacquiao into fighting him, and when that didn't work, he decided to fight Algieri, because he's a coward who has to rely on calling at top fighters from the pile of **** he lives in.

    **** Khan

The fact is, Floyd doesn't NEED to fight Khan.

Khan is not a draw, and he doesn't have a belt.

Khan****s wanna act like Floyd has been ducking Khan for years. Khan got KO'd by Garcia in 2012, and went life and death with Julio Diaz in 2013. He's just now making a case for being a Floyd opponent.

Floyd has never owed Khan a fight.

Why would anyone believe Khan now? His credibility and reputation are currently in the toilet. He avoided a big money fight with Brook to fight Algieri.

If Khan is made mandatory rest assured Floyd will retire and avoid Amir.

I seriously doubt that Mayweather wants to fight Khan anytime soon

Very high risk and low reward in my opinion
