Is there a re-match clause in there if Paul manages to pull off an upset ?

I would imagine there is. Pretty stupid on team Khan's part if there wasn't. It's standard for a defending champ to have a re-match clause in the contract.

For a voluntary defence I would have thought so

You'd like to think so, but I wouldn't be surprised of team Khan had overlooked it

That's what I was thinking - given that this is a so called "tune up"...

I think that there was one in the initial offer (it was posted by Team McCloskey), but I don't know about this one.

If there is, someone from McCloskeys camp should do a "Team Khan" and steal the contract from Khans hotel room after the fight

    :yep

It'd be funny if they had left that clause out.

Of course they haven't overlooked a rematch clause. What did you think the stumbling block in their first round of negotiations was?

Does anyone honestly believe Mcloskey has a prayer of winning?
