Honestly if Cotto beats Margo and does it impressively I'm moving him to #1 P4P! What the hell does somebody have to do to get that spot. Floyd earned the spot, yes. But why is that enough. Why is he placed in that spot and left there until he loses???? Its out of hand, just because a couple of years ago he was recognized as the best that means NOBODY could possibly be better? Cotto has improved drastically and looks damn near unbeatable. IF he beats Margo he would have wins over Judah, Shane, Quintanta and Margo......the best "recent" resume of anybody in the sport.

without question too. Floyd has the advantage to sit back and let the top fighters duke it out to see who the last man standing is.

And Floyd beat the elite version of DLH right? Mosley was more active at the time Cotto beat him than Mayweather fought DLH, who had only one fight since his KO loss to Hopkins and that was against Ricardo Mayorga.

if ? cotto wins this one decidedly...margo's good and i respect his talent but cotto's just too much for him. believe me, i'm taking nothing from margo. i just don't see him beating cotto at this stage in their careers.

I can't rank him in front of Williams, because Williams beat Margarito comfortably less than a year ago.

I can't rank Williams ahead of Quintana, as Quintana beat Williams comfortably.

Margarito has done nothing since his loss to Williams to show me he has improved his level of performance since then. He smacked around Cintron, well I already saw him do that three years ago. Cintron came with exactly the same gameplan and got exactly the same result.

If I'm going to rank someone ahead of a fighter that has already clearly beaten them, I need them to show me some evidence that either the result was a one off or that he has improved on that level, or that the other fighter has detoriated.

Please tell me your just joking around and enjoy being called a fool....please.

You can't be serious, please tell me this. Please tell me if Cotto beats Margo that you would consider him the top WW without the trinket that verifies it on paper. Please.....I'll pray for you friend.

Anyone who has Floyd #1 in the event that Cotto beats Margarito is just a hardcore Floyd Mayweather fan.

Cotto will be the number one guy and a strong case for top 3 P4P. With maybe a victory over Williams sealing the deal.

If you're the champ you have to defend your position or the torch is passed to the next most worthy.

I can't ****ing believe that PBF elects to fight so rarely. It's a shame and a waste of talent. Who cares about that 0? Only fanboys. Lose some, win some, just ****ing fight already.

comparing the class/names of fighters is a lot different than comparing the qualities of the fighters themselves.

People argue all day who was the better win b/w mosley and DLH. Most say Mosley b/c of his activity level whereas DLH has been part-time for quite some time now. But then you have to give the DLH victory a little bit simply b/c it was at a higher weight limit.

Judah, they both beat him, so no argument there. You should not bring up Hatton in the same sentence with Quintana. Quintana is actually a legit welter, whereas hatton is not even top 10 welter most likely.

if anything, it would be better to compare dlh/mosley, judah/judah, hatton/gomez, urkal/baldomir (i dont give a **** the baldomir had the belt b/c every one knows he was not a quality opponent).

I'd say at worse, all the victories are equal. But Cotto gets the nod b/c he beat Quintana.
