The Earthquake in Haiti was an attempt by Berto to save face, and make some fans, the fallout between Berto and Mosley was that Berto wanted more money, but he could not justify or prove he was a draw to back up what he was demanding.

None of Berto's immediate family was effected by the quake, and the ones that were he didnt even know (very distant)
