If Mosley comes in at 150 at weigh-in, would the fight still be on?

No, Shane resorts to taking PEDs in order to gain an advantage. He won't be able to do that in this fight though.

Not at this level of competition. Not even evry close.

Besides Pac had to lose that weight and sweat it out in the timeframe allowed by commission. Whereas Mayweather did not even to bother.

Because Mayweather's contract was for 147.

    Despite whenever it was signed.

When Mayweather weighed in, he was allowed to weight in at or below 147.

    Pac still paid commission fines.

What level? Championship level? Yea thats where he lost his title at the scales.

There is more to it than the belt.

If shane wins, then he is guaranteed to fight another big fight probably against Pac.

If shane loses, then it might as well be a career suicide.

At 150, Shane won't even have to dehydrate himself one bit, meaning he can come in in his natural fighting form.

Besides with this weight thing, FLOYD'S BACK IS CORNERED WTIH NO BACK DOOR TO ESCAPE. Mosley can come in at 150 and Mayweather can not protests otherwise, he might be accused of hypocrisy, double standard. All Mosley had to do is pay the penalty, lose the belt.

You forgot to mention the contract renovation or re-decoration. You tend to be selective with the facts you blurt out. Of course the weight limit became 147 the night prior to weigh-in but not before that as certainly the limit was 144!!!!!!

Pac failed to make weight on two occassions because he was growing up,. By his next fight, he fought two division higher tells you something.

When I mean at this level, at this mega-fight levels. Had itn happened before?

Did Floyd pay a commission fine for being overweight?

    Thanks.

The penalty from the commission would be 30% of the purse. Mosely will be getting something like $15 mill. If Mosley wants to give up $4.5 mill in order to come in at 150 lbs., that's on him. However, he might still lose anyway. Not only that, but if he fought Pac, there would be all sorts of crazy weight stipulations.

I've already stated this before. I don't believe Mayweather likes to cut weight.

Even his father believes Floyd doesn't like to cut weight.

Floyd had a title at 147 that he could have defended. But you said it, they fought at OSCAR'S weight. The gloves were 10oz gloves and Oscar got to pick the type of gloves Floyd wore. Floyd complained that they felt like pillows. Oscar chose the ring size and got a lion's share of the purse split. You think Floyd wouldn't have preferred to have that fight at 147, in a larger ring, with gloves of his choice? That fight happened exactly the way Oscar wanted.

Of course he will. He's a consummate professional an he's not even that huge a welterweight. He weighed 154 on fight night against Collazo.

don't talk about mosley being a real pro without consequence considering mosley has been caught taking enhancement drugs, which is not very professional now is it?

I think if anything floyd may come in heavier on the night. Anyway can't wait for the fight. Watching Haye in April at th MEN arena and then just weeks later probably one of the best fights of the noughties in may.

10 per cent or something. I really don't know. But if he has two mega-fights, then it all made it up.

I remeber the Mayweather fight , if the contract was not revised, I think the NSAC would get 10 per cent above 2 or 3 pounds.

Pac fight would surely be at 147. as he is acclimated to this weight already. He is not coming up from lightweight anymore.

Has Mosley ever fail to make weight in his career? I know Mayweather has so that would be a better make up scenario if you want one.:D
