Why didn't JMM do the same thing? Maybe if he signed with TR, he could've been granted that $5 million he asked. I hate the way TR rejected his request considering they are giving the same money to Mosley, but I'm just thinking... What if he signed with TR?

Arum makes a lot more money when he matches up his own fighters against each other, that way he doesnt have to pay the other fighter's promoter. It's like if a Realtor is selling your house and changes you 6% commission. He will have to share that 6% with the buyers Realtor. But if both the buyer and the seller are represented by the same agency then they dont have to share with anyone. For arum, Pac/Mosley(top rank) selling 500,000 PPVs is probably more profitable than Pac/Marquez(Golden Boy) selling 1,000,000. But leaving your promoter for one fight is a dumb move

JMM is under contract with GBP. Moseley is a GBP partner( a very minor partner it seems because they are paying him $1000 to let go).
