Because they know Mosley is old and Past his prime?

There are however fighters who seek those kind of fighters or at least two divisions smaller!!!!

    Happy, Idiot?

some guys reasoning here are surprisingly idiotic and some are good posters trying to suck-on the the opinions of joyboys. can you honestly tell me that a 140 mosley is a better fight than a 145 cotto during that time?

Mosely cant pull the trigger like he did, but he is still a danger to anyone he fights as he has quick hands and is a real k.o puncher.
Mayweathers know how and reflex are much better than Pac, and Mosely would fare far better v Pac than Mayweather.

Pac is there to be hit, and easy to hit, Mayweathers not, this discouraged Shane, and when everytime he threw he got badly punished, he stopped doing it.
Pacs not a counter puncher by nature, so Mosely, if he can cope with Pacs punch output, and pick his moments, will land his own shots far better.

He'd have enough success v Pac to be in the fight.

I think Pac wins a decision due to his volume of punching, but I wouldnt be at all surprised if he ended up spark out either.

But that's a whole other Issue in my Opinion...Why a 140lbs Mosley or a 145 Cotto? If Pacquiao is a WW fighter...Why request these kinds if weight requirements?

140 but before that he fought at 147 so it makes no difference. He should not need a catchweight to fight at WW, especially if he has done it before.

back at that time he fought oscar, pac's team said that it was a one time deal and they did it for oscar. and most people here do not even consider that victory to rank pac as legitimate welter.

as it is, pac was a legitimate 140 fighter when he weighed-in 138 in his fight with hatton. so a 145 catchweight fight with cotto makes sense. what doesn't makes sense is mosley at 140 yet you joyboys thinks that pac ducked a 140 mosley. your reasoning are clouded by your love for floyd and hate for pac.

Like polls on here count for anything, it might as well of asked who is your favourite fighter out of the two.

A lot of bull**** in that post. Fact is Roach admitted to ducking Mosley because Mosley was to good. Even at a catchweight they still didn't want the fight.

Roach even did a mayweather and said Mosley aint a PPV attraction.
If that's the case lets see how much Mayweather does with Mosley.

I don't see how anyone can deny that they ducked Mosley, unlike when people claim Mayweather ducked Margarito which is based more on opinion you've got Freddie Roach basically admitting it in more than one interview.

that was a public poll. if you would look at the voters, most of the respected voters here thinks the cotto victory is more impressive yet you floyd fans thinks cotto was damaged goods after just one loss while mosley is not at age 38 and inactive for 1.5 years with 5 loses already?
