what would be the repercursions at 147/154? This is boxing and anything can happen. Mosley has a good punchers chance at winning. Do you think he would get a rematch with Cotto? maybe fight PWill? Martinez? Should Pac retire if he loses? (not because he loses but because he has nothing left to prove)
No, Pac shouldn't retire if he loses, unless he damn well feels like it, of course. If Mosley wins it will likely be ultimate proof that most high offense fighters in history that are smaller than Mosley will most likely get eaten up by him. Mosley isn't a great "boxer" but he's a great fighter and a beast. It would be his sweetest moment by far since the ODLH fight if not sweeter. It would be gigantofrigginlumenomous. He'd probably fight till he lost again, which wouldn't be too long. He'd probably end up rematching Pacquiao and losing. He'd have more money than he ever dreamed. ...And swine would be ****ing sprouting functional wings and soaring overhead, shitting on us all in a glorious rain of...ah, whatever. It's early, I don't know what the **** I'm saying.
Why would you too laugh? When that happens it will prove the old adage in boxing that styles makes fights. And match-ups in paper or fantasy fights aren't as good as real fights to prove who is better.
Becasue it is a fight pac should not take and he got knocked out. People would laugh at his poor choice.
I think Shane was a great boxer in his prime and still posseses the intellect in the ring to put Pacman on his ass! I would bet that sometime in this fight that Manny is going to taste the canvas. Shane is a champion who has always fought well against little guys. He can get his jerky bob n weave going and start to jab and counter Manny. Pac will definitely have to make many adjustments to win this bout because it's going the distance. Not only that put Pac has never tasted power like this. Shane hits harder than Cotto consistantly and this, Manny will have problems with.
Mosley does not have a good punchers chance at winning. Mosley is getting knocked out for the first time in his career.
I don't consider him a great boxer because the best boxers he fought he had such difficulty making adjustments. I'm not saying he made none, but it was never enough, it seems. But I completely agree he'll be the strongest fighter Pacquiao has ever faced. And the fastest of hand he's faced north of 130, and imo, better durability than even Margarito. He's not what he was but he's still very formidable. And people saying Shane was shot or gave up against Mayweather are wrongfully slagging off Mayweather's defensive genius in that fight, and even the offensive ability he showed. Mosley is still a very tough challenge, I feel, for most in his weight range.
pointless convo, it aint guna happen. mosley has nowt to offer as far a a decent fight in him. the only reason he beat margacheato was he too was cheating......he was juiced to the 9's. look at his physique in the fight....he was ripped to shreds and his skin colour was bordering jaundice yellow.....take a look if u disagree. mosley as much as used to be a fearsome fighter......nahhhhh not anymore.
