People forget that he was an ordained minister in his religion and therefore legally exempt from the draft under the law. The Supreme Court overturned his conviction because of this fact.

His exile was the best thing that could have happened for his career in a legacy sense inmy opinion. It gave time for Frazier and foreman to establish themselves as great fighters, if Ali had not been exiled then he would have faced them earlier and they may not have been as highly regarded due to the fact they wouldnt have had time to create their own dominance in alis absence.

Based on resume its hard to argue against alias the greatest

The fact he lost his 3 best years to the inbred 'Mercian murder machine who kills innocent Iraqis today. Just makes him more of a badass

he was a draft dodger you stupid FUC.K
draft dodgers flee to another country and hide. he was a conscious objector to the war. he followed procedures. he declined entry upon being drafted and they had a court hearing by law. he was found not guilty. had he been guilty he would have faced jail time. so you see, he didnt "dodge" anything you ignorant moron. would you go fight for your country if you werent even allowed into the average restaurant or store because of your color??
hope you learned something today moron :deal :hi:
