Nope, he hasnt. And no, they didnt. Come up for some air cocksucker, you might get something right.:hi:
Well actually he did, but in this case he went with what was the better money option rather than a high risk low reward match up with GGG. It is silly though how Geale knew that whoever was to win the match between him and Sturm that they would be facing GGG as the mandatory but he still tries and acts like it's unfair they stripped him.
No, he didnt. He was in negotiations to fight GGG, it even was left to a purse bid between European promoters, with no takers. There was no point promoting here as there was no money in it. It was unfair that they stripped him for sturms actions. Sturm ducked GGG for ages, Geale had the title for 6 weeks.
It was announced a day before the fight and AFTER the fight had been signed in late May so Geale was backed into a corner. http://www.boxingnews24.com/2012/09/...ember-31-2012/ He was notified a day before the fight so, remove the GGG jizz from your eyes and try and tell everyone here again that there is anything fair about what happened.
FIghta, yes, GOSB issued a statement in late 2011 after recieving a confirmed offer from Sergio that they had declined and that Geale was "not ready for Sergio". Is that not a duck? Is not vacating a title to not fight GGG a duck? (Most of you would tear choc to shreds if that was him). Was not avoiding Sam Soliman, twice a duck? If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck...
Wow you get dumber every day. Mundine was NEVER GGG's mandatory, GGG was not champion, Mundine was the higher ranked boxer and the two could have fought for a vacant title. Please stop talking, it is embarrassing how little you know.
Aw gee, biajoli's reduced to arguing semantics now Mundine was ranked #1, GGG was ranked #2, the WBA ordered them to fight for the vacant title. Mundine didn't even turn up to the purse bid, and this is what Team GGG said about the negotiations: "He wanted the fight to take place in Australia, under their television and under his terms and even after I accepted those terms, it was still the same thing - he refused to take the fight." If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck!!! Next up: how Mundine ducked Austin Trout because he wasn't a big enough name and Mundine wanted Cotto LOOOOOOOOL!!!!
Not semantics but facts ernie, and you where wrong as usual. Yes you could argue Mundine ducked GGG, but it is also clear so did Geale. Geale clearly ducked; Soliman (paid money to IBF twice to go away) GGG (dropped belt like a *****) Martinez (turned down fight)
I thought it would be fun to list all of the boxers Mundine ducked: 1. Kessler - after losing by UD to Kessler in 2005 and clamouring for a rematch for the next 2 years, when Kessler finally became Mundine's mandatory (when Kessler valiantly tried to unify SMW by fighting Calzaghe and lost), Mundine vacated his inherited WBA SMW title and announced a move down to MW. 2. Geale - after being gifted a corrupt SD win after a fight full of dirty tactics (using the elbow to fend Geale off every time he came in, lowblows, loose glove tape to buy recovery time, intimidation of one of the judges), the IBO had 3 independant judges score the fight. They scored it a SD win to Geale and the IBO ordered a rematch. Mundine vacated the belt and moved down to JMW, only to fight Robert Medley at the MW limit. 3. Golovkin - after making big noises about moving down to JMW in order to avoid having to face Geale again, and not actually fighting anyone at 154, Mundine found himself ranked #1 by the WBA at MW, with Golovkin ranked #2. The WBA ordered a fight for the vacant title, Mundine made unreasonable demands, Golovkin accepted all of them, and Mundine still refused the fight. The WBA ordered a purse bid and Mundine didn't even show up to it, leaving Golovkin looking for another opponent in the WBA top 10. 4. Trout - after finally managing to weigh in at 154 and fight twice at that weight, Mundine decided to move back up to MW to fight his "The Contender" mandatory Garth Wood. Despite "The Contender" being at SMW, and Mundine trying to disadvantage Wood by forcing the fight to be at MW (and having to pay Wood another $100k to do so), Wood knocked Mundine tha **** out. It was back to the drawing board baby, and Mundine again decided 154 was his domain. Austin Trout won the WBA JMW title by beating Rigo Alvarez, and Mundine started calling him out. Then he changed his mind, or apparently, Trout suddenly became a "no name" and also made too many demands, so Mundine decided to reduce Trout's options and negotiating power by becoming his mandatory by facing Rigo Alvarez himself. Mundine defeated Alvarez and continued to claim Trout was a "no name" and was making too many demands (but wait, didn't Mundine's possession of the interim WBA JMW title reduce Trout's options?), and opted to fight Bronco Mckart instead, as apparently that was how he would force Cotto to fight him. Trout has since fought and beaten Cotto and become the WBA JMW world champ :rofl If it looks like Mundine and acts like Mundine, then it's a duck :hi:
*were As detailed above: Mundine ducked: Kessler - dropped belt like a ***** Geale - dropped belt like a ***** Golovkin - ran like a ***** Trout - ran like a ***** 4 world title fights ducked like a stone cold ***** If it looks like Mundine and acts like Mundine then it's a duck :hi:
