I would no longer support that fighter because he clearly has something to hide and would suspect that he is a blatant cheat.

Cheats risk the life of their opponents, they are an absolute 4ucking disgrace to the sport of boxing and Team Elite will continue to identify, out, and condemn these fart swilling gimpazoids :deal

    So who makes this list?

Manny Pacquiao (refused for potential Mayweather fight)
Juan Manuel Marquez (refused for potential Pacquiao V fight)
Bernard Hopkins (refused when asked by Pascal at press conference)
Andre Ward (refused when asked by Edwin at press conference)
Wladimir Klitschko (much made by Povetkin and Pulev about Wlad's unwillingness to test)
Shawn Porter & Kell Brook (despite huge public clamor and personal commenting from both teams, both sides claim to have not been tested)

There's absolutely NO REASON to refuse testing UNLESS you're concerned it'll come up positive.

He never officially refused. He's only entertained offers, but some interpret that as refusing. We'll probably never know for sure.

"Whatever tests they want them to take, Shane will submit to that. We are not going to do other tests than the Nevada commission requires," Schaefer said. "The fact is Shane is not a cheater and he does not need to be treated like one."

Wlad gets tested. He just doesn't get tested as much as Pulev wants him to.

Don't forget, Wlad has faced a fighter (Mariusz Wach) that tested positive for PEDs after their fight.

"In a round-table interview with reporters, Bradley expressed his frustrations on how the drug testing for the fight was switched and ended up being conducted by the Nevada Athletic Commission. But he was quick to praise the commission for trying to clean up the sport of performance-enhancing drugs.

On Saturday, Bradley defends his title against celebrated Mexican fighter Juan Manuel Marquez on HBO pay-per-view (9 p.m. ET) that promoter Bob Arum is expecting 350,000-450,000 purchases.

During negotiations, Bradley (30-0, 12 KOs) demanded and thought the two camps agreed to drug testing by his preferred agency, VADA (Voluntary Anti-doping Agency), and Marquez's preferred agency. However, after the fight was signed, Marquez balked at drug testing and the fight was in jeopardy. Top Rank promoter Bob Arum got the state commission to agree to do the testing.

Bradley pointed out that during filming of HBO's Faceoff, host Max Kellerman asked Marquez if he would do both testing because Bradley is. Bradley said in the interview that Marquez did say he'd agree to both, but since the filming, has not done so. Bradley also pointed out that round of questioning didn't make it on the telecast."

Following three paragraphs are quoted from an article quoting Pulev:

“There are already a lot of fighters in the US, the UK and in Europe, who do those tests voluntary. Years ago, my promoter Sauerland Event signed a deal with the German [drug testing organization] NADA to have me tested on a 24/7 basis. Even if such a deal would not exist, I would pay to keep up this level of testing. This is the only way you can prove to the people, to the fans, that you are clean and free of doping.

“So when Wladimir Klitschko says that he only stands by the rules of the BDB (German Boxing Association), I see his point is to only provide a sample after the fight – the BDB does not call for anything else. However, what does this tell you about what Wladimir Klitschko thinks about the integrity of the sport of boxing?

“He, who is one of the biggest self-promoted boxers in the world. He, who even signed for a commercial with the German [group] NADA as one of their faces – is still the only one of those faces not having a deal with NADA to do 24/7 testing? I think you can answer this question yourself.”

EDIT: The article is titled "Pulev Questions Klitschko's Integrity With Drug Testing" and is from that site that has scene a lot of boxing in its day.

Yup, now here's a solid list of "can't make it on their own" losers. Except Kell, I'd have to see a link on him refusing because I have not heard that.

I just brought up Porter/Brook because it was a recent fight where PED accusations were high among the ESB community.

Both fighters repeatedly talked about extra PED testing, yet neither managed to make it a priority to negotiate it in the contract. I have heard many claim that one of them is likely dirty but in the end the only suspicions toward one of them can equally be used against them both.

It was more or less to play devil's advocate.

As, usual you're wrong. Kell Brook talks about being tested here and that he wasn't happy he hadn't been tested as often at 3.00
