    Some people still think he’s innocent of the murders as well...He beat the **** out of the woman that was leading his appeal for a retrial and release, a woman that bent over backwards to help him...One dirty bad man

    There have been fighters who won versions of the middleweight title that Carter could have beaten on a given night ,imo.

    His best days were already behind him when he went to prison.

    Clearly no, as he was just a name for up and comers, when he was jailed.
    Dylan’s refrain “at one time he could’ve been the champion of the world,” a lyric that conveyed more ability, than he really had.
    Remember, when he fought, those were the days of Champions, not claimants like today!
