    Non PPV...

    We all know maidana would get tagged all night but I'll tell you one thing. That dude WILL NOT stop coming forward and atleast we can be sure that he would force floyd into a true fire fight. Plus he is closer to 147 than anyone else available not named pacquiao or kahn.


    I'd be very excited with the announcement of this fight.

    Not a chance. Mayweather's ego is too big not to fight on PPV. i want him to challenge Martinez.

    why? who else would you like him to fight B hopkins? While I think Mayweather beats Sergio there is a reason we have weight divisions

    What about this fight is even remotely compelling?? :-(

    Mayweather would outclass Maidana.

    Unless you dislike Marcos, and would thus enjoy watching his face get battered repeatedly with leather for 12 rounds, I don't see why anyone would find this fight intriguing.

    If you go from 154 - 135 its probably the best option IMO

    pacquiao
    Kahn
    JMM
    Maidana
    Berto...

    that is... Maidana is a decent option I think


    edit:

    I love Maidana and he actually said he would take teh fight. I 100% know maidana would lose but maidana would give floyd a fight that he hasn't had for a long time

    Terrible idea. Maidana would get massacred. He wouldn't land a thing on Mayweather and he'd taste the canvas at least three times before being stopped. I don't really think this is a fight a lot of people would pay for.

    The most likely fights imo are:

    Pacquiao
    Canelo

    Ortiz 2
    Martinez

    Maidana gets brutally ass raped, possible that charges would be brought against PBF at the conclusion of the fight. Horrible fight for Maidana, he would get completely humiliated.
