    Come on lets be for real both Pavlik and Williams are going be playing hard ball in terms of making this fight happen for a while. Most Likely
    # 1 Pavlik will fight Genndy Golovkin get number one contender out of the way:nono
    # 2 Fight the winner of Macklin vs Pirog:hat
    # 3 Have a big money with Duddy at the Garden:yep

    i like pavlik , but his mind is completely shot right now , also this may have already been discussed months ago , but he was mad to go in with hopkins , what would he have gained , a win over an over the hill fighter?( thats what they would say) or a loss to a 44 year old man , no sense and now PW a fighter with speed and good accuracy would probably outwork him , so his two defeats would be to the old man and the small man. Not what he thought a year ago.

    Lets face it: Pavlik needs Williams more than Williams needs Pavlik. Look at what happened last time Pavlik moved up in weight. Williams can move anywhere from 47 to 68 and be successful. Pavlik should just retire now.
