    would he considered one of the best best p4p. he would defo be a champ and no1 or 2 welterwieght

    very underatted fighter. oscar and tito dont get enough credit for there wins over him

    From what i've seen of Berto and Carr, it would be a close fight. Carr's class against Berto's power. I'd give edge to Carr but if they fought three times Berto would win at least once.

    Carr was a solid contender type in a very strong WW era. He was unfortunate to be up against the likes of DLH, Trinidad, and Quartey.

    I don't think he was anything special, just a good solid pro, but still better than some of the recent WW title-holders.

    Carr wasn't anything too special, but he'd beat the likes of Cotto imo and would still give Floyd and Pac tough fights - Pac in particular imo.
