Did anyone watch the BBC drama about Barry Hearn revolutionising snooker? I have a sad feeling Fury is heading the way of Hurricane Higgins, frozen out due to a series of stupid decisions and even stupider actions.
It seems if your not with hearn/sky you dont get much media attention. Look at callum smith he's only British champ and he is well known with non boxing fans but Liam who was world champion would not be known to the casual. Anthony crolla well known terry flanno not well known
Based on their respective careers so far Fury schools Joshua imo AJ has fought nobody remotely world class hopefully Fury gets sorted and is back soon and the fight gets made
I know I am relatively new here, I know some of you guys have been here 8 years longer than me. But between you, you have over 9,000 posts, and only 8 have been respected or 'liked'. I am not saying that is by any means the be all or end all.........but it does mean your peers think you are full of sh*t.........thanks for your input though. xxx
The 'like' thing was only recently introduced. It was brought in alongside a host of other features on the new site. The new site also seemed to double everyone's post count. It certainly did mine.
Fury would be Joshua easily?? the same Fury as this? - (1min 40sec) This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected
I do rate Fury, and I think he's a very decent person despite some of the things he's said but people forget how he was rated before the Klit fight. That fight changed the landscape but it was a good fighter against a formerly great but over-the-hill fighter. The good fighter won. Fury is on another level to anything AJ has faced but so is AJ to anything Fury has faced. He's not Cunningham, Chisora or an over-the-hill and ultra cautious Wlad.
I think it would help if someone did some of his promoting for him and he was so reliant on self promotion- and thus making himself open to attacks from these self righteous folk. So yeah, I think it would help him if he was with Uncle Eddie
Fury beat an undisputed HW champion who was unbeaten for 10 years. Lets see if AJ can also beat that same man- before calling him an ATG. Especially because he went life and death with Dillian Whyte before knocking him out.
Past fights can be deceptive. Who'd have thought the guy who nearly got one punch KO'd by Cunningham and dropped by Pajik would outbox Wlad?
