im still having a hard time grasping this whole "well floyd wasnt around...hes on vacation thing".....

i mean ya...floyd has said hes on vacation

but did mannys team ever submit a contract to floyd agreeing to random testing up until hte fight? anyone seen or heard proof of that???

all i heard was arum say "i cant comment on that" when asked what concession pac had made after the deadline he imposed on floyd had passed

im sure pac said in some interview "yes i agree to test"....and put that together with floyd saying hes on vacation...and that equals a floyd duck to pacfans.....but if manny never sent a proposal to floyd agreeing to the first, and major, point of contention....was there ever really a negotiation the 2nd time around?

oh **** you. They were negotiating until Floyd came out with the "i have no urge" interview. Then Ellerbe came out says no negotiation happened. Dela Hoya who a week before stated the negotiations was going well suddenly turned about and denied anything happened. these are the same ****en liars who spread the ped rumours and they would have spread lies again until HBO Sports President Ross greenburg Came out and said THERE WAS A NEGOTIATION AND HE WAS THE MIDDLEMAN. lol everyone from Floyd's team shut up

my point is, and was when the whole thing went down, what really consitutes a negotiation?.....sure they may have said "ok lets try to work this thing out again".....exchanged some emails....or whatever.....

but we never heard exactly what concessions pac made...arum was asked point blank in the conference call right after the deadline he imposed had passed....and he said "i cant comment on that".....that doesnt really clear much up or help......floyds side may have felt like nothing had really taken place since the other side had never agreed to the main point of contention.....im sure greenburg reached out to both sides....but the reality is it probably never became serious.....and we dont know if pac made any concessions...which would be the starting point of the 2nd round of negotiations
