They are called CASUAL fans for a reason. Strange post given the amount of fans Macklin has suddenly picked up.

The majority of them have less knowledge than the people on here and they will probably give British boxing fans a bad name again if there are anthems before the fight (especially if they play the host nations!:scaredas:), but I actually think the drunken yobs might have a key role to play - Wlad is used to having everything his own way, German fans tend to be very quiet. Im not sure he is going to like walking out to boos whilst Haye walks out to cheers and singing. Anything that might unsettle him will help.

No I think you are confused and quite frankly ****ing dumb!

I am delighted boxing is getting attention

I am delighted people are travelling to follow a fighter en masse

I am delighted I will get to see one of the biggest fights of the decede tonight - in fact I was going to go

I am delighted that GENUINE fans will have a chance ot meet up have a bevvy, talk boxing and have a great night

What I am annoyed about is that it seems to have been hijacked by ignorant disrespectful clowns that think its some kind of England away soccer match and have brought all the nasty undertones that that brings with it.

I some ways I am annoyed with Haye that he has set the tone for all this bull****!

I think it has more to do with the fact that any post you make relating to British fighters or supporters is negative.Yes some of the fans are morons as are some Irish fans and some Yanks Germans ect

Agh right I get ya, this is an Irish v English thing! :patsch

If Irish fans were acting like twats I would say it, I never say anyone acting like twats last week. In fact I say quite the opposite.

To call its hypocrisy just doesnt make sense!

Thing is, Slaps actually making a sound enough point. I agree its somewhat embarrasing the football type atmosphere we're seeing. I mean, come up with some original chants at least.

Yet he's still managed to come across as a complete knob head while doing it...

You agreed up top that the Irish fans were '******ed' for 'shouting who are ya' during Sturm's entrance.

It's just curious you didn't start this thread last week given you feel so strongly on it.

How DARE those fans who go, get ****ing hammered and watch Phil Taylor play darts not show up at my local pub on a friday to support the grass roots team. terrible, terrible.

And those absolute mongtarded ****ers who bought olympic tickets to see Usain Bolt but dont turn up at regional and local athletic events

and the complete *******s who fly out to the rugby world cup yet will not see their local 2nd division team in action!

how DARE some casual fans get interested in sport at the highest level and not go and view what can be horrendous decisions, laughable (at times) skills and poor matchups at a smaller event! shocking!

WHERE WERE THE DUDEY ARMY AT ANY FIGHT PRIOR TO THE KHAN ONE?

Well to be honest mate from what people are writing on this thread, they seem to think that you're the one that's losing the plot.

And I think you've set the tone for that.
