"If oscar couldn't do it.."

Oscar was all wrong to beat Floyd. I would have been shocked if Oscar won, whereas I won't be surprised (though I think Floyd will win) if Hatton pulls it off. I heard Hatton talking yesterday and the guy has definitely gone over his Floyd tapes, figuring out the subtleties of Floyd's style. Hatton is ready for this and it's gonna be damn good.

 

He was very very close. Prime Oscar KO's Gayweather.

 

He wasnt close. It was 8-4 at best. Landing single digits punches in half your rounds doesnt make anything close. Floyd would have did so called "prime" oscar the same way.

 

The Oscar fight was a joke. And predicting the outcome of the Hatton fight using the Oscar fight is a joke. The only thing you need is to see the legs, Oscar's legs were seriously at like 0% of what they used to be. He moves like a robot now. What's going to surprise Floyd is Ricky's foot speed. He's never faced anyone with the legs that Hatton has and Hatton is going to be on him like white on rice. Another fighter is Cotto, he also has very strong legs, amazing balance and foot movement. I don't care what anyone thinks but Hatton will be Floyd's toughest fight and defining moment of his career. And vise versa. I just want to see Floyd in there with Hatton/Cotto..2 guys who can actually move and still have prime legs. Boxing is all about your legs and movement and if you don't got them then you'll never beat a mover like Floyd.

 

Oscar vs Floyd was fairly even through 10 IMO.

Floyd clearly took the Championship rounds.

Styles make fights as they always say.Will be a different fight than that of PBF vs ODLH

 

I think its stupid as well I think Oscars a better overall fighter then Hatton but the style DLH tried to beat Mayweather with isnt really his game its more suited for Hatton but Hatton will do that and imploy alot of clinching.

Hatton won't fade down the stretch like DLH did, he will fight a full 36 minutes, DLH has always faded late in championship fight's..
