    Whitaker was making his last stand and experts said had lost a big step by that point. Facing Oscar he was just a small step off and rated #1 p4p. Even Roy said Pernell was just a hair slower then prime when facing Oscar.
    Vs. Tito he had lost a lot.

    Tito did fuk Mayorga's face up, but he had 2 more rounds to do it and Mayorga was giving him free shots. Mayorga did put Tito down, well rocked him enough that tito had to put his glove on the canvas to regain balance.
    oscar obliterated him and Mayorga said between both guys Oscar hit harder than tito.
