If Overeem fought Velasquez this year, how would that fight go down?

Overeem. Superior in pretty much every way. Overeem beats any HW in the world

This would be amazing.

Honestly, as much as people were salivating over Brock vs. Fedor prior to their recent losses as the ultimate HW MMA clash of the titans, this one would be the much better fight (if not "bigger" or more lucrative) in terms of entertainment.

 

I dunno. I think Fedor vs Brock in the winter of 2009 would have been incredible due to the contrast in the two fighters and their fanbases.

 

What do their fanbases have to do with the entertainment value of the fight itself?

Alistar Ovareem would destroy Velasquez if the fight was standing. he has a big advantage on the ground and has better power also.

Cain has better cardio, but that wont do him much good at HW, most fights don't get past 2 rounds.

 

Dana should be bending over backwards to get Alistair in the UFC
