Biggest money fight to never happen. Fair or not, it will be remembered as PBF not making the fight, and the discussions about who would win, who ducked whom, and who was better overall continue.
The fight will happen when floyd thinks he has a big advantage to win. If he sees little decline in pac before they both age past the point of no return. It probably won't. The only other way is if Floyd looses his money and is forced to fight for the big payday.

When looking back and seeing that the biggest (money) fight in Boxing was not made because one guy refused thorough PED testing, I think history will be much more generous to Mayweather's position then many of his current haters would like to believe. No amount of righteous indignation from Pac or his fans will skew that.
