pac can barely make 147, let alone 154. Im thinking like 10 buckets of protein shakes a day for pac if he decides to come up in that weight.

147 is already a ridiculous weight class for Pac.

I think it'd be 50/50 vs floyd, but I find it so funny people are so in love with Floyd you can't say *IF* somebody beats Floyd...
I agree with the rest on here that say he couldn't make the weight to fight 154. There could be a catchweight, but I don't think Martinez could get much lower than 154 (he was 167 unofficially against Pav).
If Martinez was the same size as Pac then I'd have Pac beating him. Based on how much bigger he is, and if they fought at 154...I'd give Pac 20/80 odds. He's such an exceptional fighter you can't count him out against roughly anybody, but yet that's a huge mountain to overcome.

They said that with PAC fighting at WW too.....but I think 154 is that wall that PAC hits before over doing it with bigger challenges. He really shouldn't be fighting at 147 in my opinion. His best weight is definitely Jr WW.

Well Martinez hasn't made 147 for 8 years or so - a similar amount of time to Oscar - so I guess Pac would make him drain down to '47 and Pacfans would blow up about him beating another dead at the weight-name.

Bull****, the myth that pac is not a WW is long gone. Pac would not be fighting still at WW if it was harming his body. In fact I would go as far to say that Pac actually feels quite comfortable at the weight or he would have dropped down to 140 and defended his title there. So why hasn't he?

Bull**** is right! PAC can compete as a WW but he's NOT a ****ing WW! Ray Robinson competed at Light HW....HE'S NOT A ****ING LT HW! Just b/c Ray was beating Joey and dominating before he ran out of gas doesn't mean he was suppose to be fighting at 175....could he? Yea...he could..just like Manny. He can compete at 147...he could compete at 154 but that doesn't chance the fact that he is now legit at Jr WW. PAC doesn't want an easy challenge...at 140 there are no real challenges and there are no real big fights that can be made. The big challenges and big fights are offered at 147...a weight class above his most comfortable weight.

I'm sure Alex Ariza could sort something much more efficent and productive out for Peduiao.
