if Pac beats Hatton, and Cotto beats Margarito, will we see Pac vs Cotto?

    I think that could easily happen. Cotto showed that with a better gameplan he could possibly take a decision off Margo, and if Pacquiao beats Hatton as most people expect him to, then Cotto vs Pacquiao makes a whole shitload of sense. The height difference is not much and even though Cotto is bigger, Pac is better. If Cotto can unify in June against Margo and avenge his only loss, it would be huge.

    Roach has already said "We would definately fight Cotto, without a doubt. That would be a great fight actually."

    nah because if Cotto beats Margarito then Cotto-Margarito III will happen in the fall. would be a good fight though, I would take Pacquaio is a nasty KO.

    they said the same thing before the delahoya-pacman fight and what happen? Can't underestimate pacman. Hatton is actually a better match up for pacman cuz they are about the same size. 5'6 -5'7.

    Pac is actually a huge favorite against Hatton. Its weird. He's fighting at 140 for the first time, against the ring magazine champion of that division, and he's a huge fave.

    There is not going to be anymore fights at 147 for Pacman, Especially against someone like Cotto.

    After what he did to david diaz and oscar delahoya. How could he not be the favorite. it's scary how pacman went up and weight class and actually got better and stronger.

    well i know the next fight will be at 140 against hatton but if mayweather decides to come out of retirement and we know mayweather wont fight margarito-cotto or williams cuz he doesn't have the balls to face them then pacman vs mayweather @ 147 might happen.

    That's because the people betting on this fight know the truth about Hatton. They know he's feasted off of mostly handpicked fighters while Pac has been taking on quality comp. for years. That being said, Hatton has a very good shot at winning this fight. Pac can't outmuscle him and I'm not sure he can outbox him. Hatton could dirty up this fight, wear down Pac, and win a decision. However, if Pac can continually counter effectively, he can win this fight going away.

    yup i agree.. pacman has to fight smart like he did vs delahoya. He needs to move around and beat hatton to the punch much like he did vs oscar. When oscar were about to counter pacman was gone. Pacman needs to keep this fight on the outside.
