Two things: first didn't Roy weigh in around 195-199? Also, what about Floyd and his 5 divisions?

IMO Pac is already ahead of those guys in his weight jumping feats. He's the smallest out of those guys, his best wins are as good as theirs, and he hasn't lost yet at these higher weights fighting the best. Duran, Hearns, De La Hoya all were stopped and had some bad losses outside their natural weight classes, and RJJ was stopped at the same age Pac is now after coming back down from heavy. A win over Mayweather and the fair comparisons would be with SRR and Henry Armstrong.

    WBO welter (at 145)
    WBC light-middle (at 151)
For Pacquiao should have a * next to them

Roy weighed 199 pounds against ruiz.

So that's approximately 40 pounds he gained throughout his career. If you wanna be exact it's 39 pounds obviously.

Edit: Can't ****en believe the Light Middleweight belt is on the line in Pac/Marg fight, truly ****en pathetic.

Well, Oscar won titles in the same 5 divisions plus middleweight, so how could Floyd be the better weight-jumper? Oscar's inclusion excludes Floyd. Duran, Hearns and Jones achieved different weight-jumping feats to Oscar and Floyd, whose weight-jumping was very similar except Oscar's was better.

I guess so. The competition faced in each of those weights is a different thing.

Checkout the Jones-Ruiz documentary, when they weighted Jones they somehow weighted him wrong and thought it was 193 and Jones was like are you sure?! Then they showed when Jones went back home and he weighted himself and it he weighted 199. Then he was joking saying "come fight night when I land clean he'll say (Ruiz) this dude ain't no 193!!".

How is RJJ 160-190 when he weighed 193 and the guy he beat was about 230 for his HW fight? If you are going to make a bull**** thread to praise Pac you don't have to go into such detail. Personally I think you have to rate Pac along with these guys although quality is not all about weight jumping because we had that guillimaro jones who was a champ at welter + cruiser. Pac man is certainly a modern great but like Jones I get the feeling he's using ped's. There's even a lot of speculation DLH did from people who used to work with him. You have to ask weather these guys would shine so much if everyone else used those methods.

Roy's jumping counts as 65-70 pounds because you are supposed to count the weigt of the guys they beat.
