there is no way pac has a better resume...he has fought 2 greats in their primes and he was even through 2 fights with one of them...and morales was past it and he lost to him....PBF has won title in 5 divisions and has beaten the #1 guy at 1 time in 130 corralles 135 castillo 140 hatton ( he is and was #1 at 140 although they fought at 147 147 judah was the #1 guy at one time...than he lost to baldomir whom floyd embarrassed...then PBF goes up to 154 to beat the #1 154 lb fighter in ODH

so u are saying if pac wins he is better but u don't think he can beat floyd in the ring he can only beat him on paper:deal

true but shouldn't arguments on who is greater be settled head to head as opposed to the opinion of esb posters about resumes...so i ask again who here thinks pac can beat pbf?

Pac has fought the best constantly. Hes not a big mouth *****. He has proper fans. Hes 100 times more exciting.

Floyd constantly ducked the best in order to get the biggest, safest payday. Floyd would have lost if he didnt keep ducking fighters like Moseley, Cotto, Margarito, etc.

Ray Robinson lost 19 times. It doesnt matter about losses, titles and money. Its about who you fight and your attitude.

Back up your comment that floyd ducked shane, he's been calling him out for years, shane said they couldn't fight because he had toothache or something like tha(not shane fault mind just de la hoya wanted the fight and i think made mosely step aside).

So lets see some evidence of floyd ducking mosley or is it like i suspect you know **** all about what your talking about

I dont like these threads because you got a lot of Floyd haters on here that would simply say Pac is greater then Floyd just because they don't like him. Lets be real with our self for a change and take a look at their resume, skills, and achievements. We know who is the winner so why are we fooling ourselves i mean is the hatred is so bad towards Floyd that we have to rank a fighter that is not even on the same level him above him. Don't get me wrong If Pac beats Oscar that would be a huge accomplishment towards a fighter that start off his career at 106lbs but honestly I can't see it happening but if it does congrats to him.

    Manny
    112
    122
    126
    130
    135
    147?

    Floyd
    130
    135
    140
    147
    154

If Manny had made a pit stop at 118, he'd already be considered another Henry Armstrong. But because he is not an American, Manny has to stop Oscar before he can be considered greater than Floyd Jr.

How is this even a serious question yet? Pacquaio, skill-wise, is no where near Mayweather and his overall resume isn't better.

Robinson lost 19 times, but he was never ko'd. Manny does nothing better than Floyd, and Pac's lost 3 times twice by ko twice. The comparison ends there.

lol! I'm quite happy that many people already think Pac is greater than Floyd even before the DLH fight.

However, I have to be objective here(not saying you guys are not) and say that currently I think Floyd is the greater fighter. Their resumes are about even(Floyd's resume in 130 and 135 where nothing short of spectacular). He also beats Pac H2H and in skill. As far as ability goes I'd say even(skill and ability are not the same, mind you).

So right now Floyd is better. However if Pac beats Oscar, then you could certainly make the case for Pac as greater than Mayweather.

I don't agree with them mate. But to be fair to them, nobody's saying that Pac beats PBF H2H. When you measure a fighter's greatness, you measure everything not just head to head. You measure resume, accomplishments, skill, ability and H2H.

Otherwise, if you think H2H should be the only thing to be measured here. Then Roy Jones should #1 or #2 on the ATG list.

This is the stupidest thing Ive heard...Why are you obsessed with h2h. That has nothing to do with the price of cup of tea in China. Pernell is miles ahead of Floyd yet they never fought. Tell Floyd not to ****in quit out of fear of people he should have fought. He wants to prove himself against an easy prey like PAC, then heck unretire!

Also regarding ESB posters, I wouldnt worry about their opinions as well because if PAC beats DLH, Ring, ESPN...mark my word they will come out with a brand new ATG list that you would not like. Who gives a **** about ESB posters opinions.

You give a ****, that is why you answered the post goofball. You can't talk about fighters and the word "fear". You don't box. You can't stand next to boxers, and say what you just said about Floyd lol...you living, breathing stone cold coward lol...
