With Pac you could point to several figjts as being his best performance beginning with the Barrera beat down.
Given Pac's age and Spence being in his prime this could be considered as such depending on how he wins. A close decision won't do it

Based on circumstances yeah but he's beaten much better fighters than Erroll Spence Jr. back in the day.

For his age now probably yes but in his prime Pacman had a lineup of great wins.

Taking into account the fact he's middle aged, and the fact Spence is an unbeaten, much younger man, and is rated by a lot of people, I'd say it definitely would be up there as one of Pacquiao's best performances.

That isn't saying Spence jnr would be the best he's ever beaten, as some will no doubt try to suggest the OP is implying.

Still, given all the variables, and his opponent, yes, it would definitely be up there.

    Cotto is his best win,
Barrera is his second best win,
Morales rematch is his third best win, IMO

Disclaimer: I am biased because Cotto is one of my faves but no way he should've won that and he ended up dominating.

I'm not talking about performance. Just in terms of win value. I think it will rank as his biggest win.

No. Barrera I, Marquez II, Cotto surpass it.

I have to draw comparisons to Foreman and say it was arguable that Moorer was his best win because of the context, but it would still be obvious that he had at least one, and I say two better opponents that he both fought more impressively against. In terms of opponent quality only, Cotto and Barrera and also to be frank, even if no one wants to hear it, arguable enough victories over JMM (personally, didn't score those for Pac) and the very, very overlooked Sassycool(sic), and yes, even the version of Morales he beat, would all be very hefty scalps to weight against Spence, not taking context into consideration. So, if you're only looking at who he beats on the night, in the shape and time and weight he beats them, there's a lot to choose from. The how he beats them (like the spectacular quality of the Hatton win) and the age he does it, there is so much room for argument that it's hard to say. The chicken is just an egg. An egg can get scrambled very quickly. I can eat a scrambled egg very quickly. I can savour the scrambled egg, I can mix it with diced ham, green pepper, mushroom, cheddar, sweet Vidalia onion, sweeter than the sweetest cherry wine. Or I can sip the water of your native land, even if it tastes just like turpentine. What am I saying? I am saying that none of this crap matters. Opinions do not matter. Nothing matters and nobody is right. Sit down. Mind your business. Do your damn job. Get back to work. Now.

    Fight facts matter.

Because Pac is 42 and coming off of a 2 year layoff, bigger, younger, and prime Spence will be Pac's toughest fight of his career even though he's less skilled than Barrera/Cotto/Marquez.

Eh people will say Spence is wrong side of 30, off a concussive life endangering car crash, and couldn't prove himself to be better than Porter. And they're not wrong.

I see what you're saying but it would be like listing Oubaali as Donaires best win. It simply is not. But we all weigh that differently.
