If Pac does manage to land a full-blooded shot on Floyd's chin, will he KO Floyd??

Pac's punches had an effect on Ricky Hatton that the best punches of Kostya Tszyu and Floyd Mayweather did not.

Pac's punches had an effect on Miguel Cotto that the best punches of Shane Mosley and even Antonio Margarito did not.

Floyd has a good chin, but he has been troubled before, he touched a glove when hit by Zab Judah, and was visibly hurt by DeMarcus Corley.

Floyd is very difficult to hit cleanly, but in a high intensity match with many punches being thrown, it seems inevitable he will be hit cleanly by Pac at some stage.

Although Floyd completely dominated an overweight Juan Manuel Marquez, Marquez still managed to land one or two clean hooks during the fight.

What do you guys think, if Pac catches Floyd with a full-blooded hook, could Floyd go? Or does Floyd have the chin to withstand those shots?

I think he would stumble like he did in the Judah fight.

Not sure. I see Manny as a hard puncher but not absolute nuclear power in his hands. Unless he really got quite a bit more powerful in these higher divisions.

Still, I think he has the power to do it. But one shot? Not sure.

Anything can happen! Floyd will get caught...how clean....not so sure but he'll be in tight spots throughout the fight due to Mannys intelligent agression....but we'll see Floyd actually FIGHT out of those spots..having to use those natrual gifts of talent and athletic ability to get out of danger. I do see PAC hurting Floyd. I don't see PAC getting a one punch KO. In all likely hood those spots where PAC corners Floyd will not be enough to squeak by the elusive Mayweather...UNLESS he can put Floyd down or completely out.

We have to remember that Pac has knock out power with both hands. Floyd has been hit by Corley who is not a power puncher and Floyd felt it. What more if Pac lands something HARD.

Don't think so! Pac lands bunch of punches on Ricky's chin before land the the big one that knock him out. Same as Cotto fight, in round two, Cotto had hit with some of the hard shot before go down on the fourth.

I believe mayweather will be able to take pacs stuff. I want to see if pac can take mayweathers straight right hand which will be coming. The thing with pacman is that he hits people while they are swinging or about to swing. When pac gets into that jumpin in and out pop shot rhythm he's feeling it. He starts landing while his opponent's punch starts rising. When people get hit while they are swinging they end up off balance. Then you have the effect of being suprised and hit with punches you don't see. If you don't swing alot he will wear you down. If you swing alot and try to get agressive then he will hurt you with a punch you don't see while you are swinging.

When you get hit with a punch you don't see while you are swinging then that's like a double wami. A fighter with C Power can hurt you with enough shots if he's putting a decent amount of what he's got on em. With Pacman he is in that situation alot with his style dishing out the punishment to his opponents and he has B+ power at WW.

I feel that mayweather knows how to beat him and that is the only reason he is taking the fight. I always felt that mayweather would never fight anyone he had any doubts about beating. He is just that type of guy. I think he knows how to hit manny and he is patient enough to not get into manny's jumpin rhythm. I also believe mayweather is banking on his shoulder roll style negating mannys right hand so he only has to watch for the left. Another think that mayweather has is that straight right hand lead which I think he will be throwing alot of to keep manny from just running in.

I for one can't wait to see how mayweather handles the pressure and how does manny weather mayweather's style. Will mayweather make it his fight or will manny make it his. I think Mayweather will win and I think he will solve pacman like no other. That rhythm that pacman does looks like one move could reverse it and have him getting hit while he's punching. It's gonna be great regardless and I for 1 will not be putting any money up.

You guys live in cloud cuckoo land man.

Even his brutal pic apart of cotto wasn't enough to convince you ?

pac could have ended cotto far earlier was pretty clear he took pity on cotto and didn't want to hurt him more.

I highly doubt that Pac lands a clean shot against Floyd but in the case that he does, I believe that he might slip or stumble a little bit like when Zab hit him and Zab had some good power on him so that's all that would probably happen. But who knows anything could happen dats why we are all ready and excited for it to happen.

Pac could most certainly knock out Floyd if he lands the same way he did against Hatton.

...However hes going to find it about 1000 times harder to land a clean punch on Mayweather than he did on Hatton!

If Floyd doesn't see it coming then definitely he can KO Floyd. The punches that KO'd Diaz and Hatton and floored Cotto and Marquez (in the 2nd fight) were all punches they didn't see coming.
