If Pac does manage to land a full-blooded shot on Floyd's chin, will he KO Floyd??

Pac's gonna walk right through it, bang his heads with his gloves and beat the sh*t out of your boy. Its a shame Ricky Hatton is the standard used to guage Pac and Mayweather's punching power.

Pac took 2 rounds. Mayweather took 9. Hatton didn't get up from the Pac punch. He did against Mayweather's punch.

 

One of those mad fights. Both fighters are going to get hit with punches they can't see coming. Pac is a master of throwing that extra punch at the end of a flurry when fighters think the flurry is over, this is the punch that does damage. Floyd throws punches straight through guards that people never see. An accumulation of those punches will put anyone on the floor.

The fighter who anticipates the other's sneaky punch will come out on top, as much as I want manny to win I just have that suspicion Floyd will be too sneaky and catch manny on the way in throughout like he did with Hatton and the check hook. When it gets in close he'll neutralise manny by tying him up and stop him doing anything worthwhile.

You obviously havent seen the polls involving both men, there are 100s of votes & its more or less even, A LOT of experts & fans are picking Pacman to win, lets not make it what its not now, this is a legit fight between the top 2 fighters in the sport.
Very few expect an easy fight either way.

 

Mayweather is NOT a soft puncher + he has the best accuracy in the sport, if he catches Pac enough, he COULD stop him late on accumulation but as you say, I myself cant see it.
I expect a pts job, its so hard to see either man losing vs anyone but they`re not fighting anyone this time, they`re fighting the best of the best.
I usually favour the pure boxer & I seen nothing in the FMJ-JMM fight to make me pick against FMJ in this one, he looked just as good as vs Hatton IMO.

My prediction - Mayweather by SD that should be a UD.

Ps. Whitaker is in my top 10 fighters ever to watch, I regularly watch his best fights like Mcgirt 1 & 2, Chavez, Haugen, Ramirez II & Nelson.
I watch other fights of his but those ones are works of art. The man was an amazing boxer, phenomenally gifted, the best left handed boxer of all time despite what Bert Sugar says.

Floyd's leaping left hooks is faster than ANY Pacman punch. The hook he landed on Marquez was not in the middle of no brawling.
