Thats because everytime, before a fight, all the doubters have their "reasons" as to why pac will loose, and when he wins AFTER the fight, all the doubters have their "excuses". You can make all the excuses you like for ODLH, fact is, noone was using thsoe before the fight, the common concensus was ODLH was gonna kill Pac. Afyer the fight, anything can be twisted to be made out as a logical reason to descredit the victory.

Agree with this. Pac gets some credit for beating DLH like that, but you gotta believe DLH was drained, not Pac's fault. I'm not saying he would't have beaten him other wise. If he would have struggled more with that DLH version it would be different. But he dominated him the way he should have dominated him.

Hatton? No excuses, he got dominated.

DLH was drained and you would be a fool to not believe he wasn't. He hadn't fought at 147 in almost 10yrs. With age, it's harder to cut weight. Still, Pacquiao got all the credit from me. Why do you think Roach agreed to fight DLH at 147 but won't fight Cotto at 147?

Still, if Pacquiao beats Cotto even at 145, he will get credit - no excuses (at least from my part).
