It's high, but still percentage wise lower than Floyd's rate of fighting opponents coming off losss. Floyd has 14, even though he has 16 less fights than Pac. :deal

Somebody just mentioned that only 2 of those have been since he has been a champion vs 6 for Pacquiao. That is the real interesting statistic. Especially considering the Judah fight was signed and put in motion BEFORE he lost.

14 of those 16 were BEFORE Mayweather ever won a belt. That really does not mean anything to be honest as every fighter will fight less than stellar competition as they move up in the ranks. You made it sound like he did that WHILE he was champion, but that is clearly not the case.

This is a prime example of how statistics can be manipulated to fit your argument as well.

And my question has not been answered: Did you count Mayweather vs Castillo II as a fighter coming off a loss? If his only 2 fights with fighters coming off losses were his rematch with Castillo and Zab Judah, that is nothing to scoff at. That is actually impressive.

Statistics don't lie. If anything, it is you who is manipulating to fit your argument. My argument simply was Pac is not alone in fighting opponents coming off losses even though he is the only one being tagged as such by the same fans of a fighter who is just as guilty if not more by looking at hard facts.

14 of the 16 were BEFORE he became a champion dude. You should have mentioned that, but you did not because it does not fit your agenda. That is why it is a manipulation of statistics. You are trying to give the impression that Mayweather has been fighting guys coming off of losses for a significant amount of his career, (34%) when in fact, it was only at the very beginning when he was coming up through the ranks during his first 2 years as a pro.

And you still haven't answered: Did you count his rematch with Castillo as a fighter coming off a loss? If so, his only 2 fights with fighters coming off of losses AS A CHAMPION is vs Judah and Castillo. And the Judah fight was made before the guy lost his unified welterweight title.

Pacquiao has fought 6 times with guys coming off a loss as a champion vs 2 for Mayweather. That is the REAL statistic.

And please.. Statistics CAN lie and can essentially be manipulated to fit any argument. Have you ever taken a statistics course? Just curious.

Castillo actually was coming off a win when he fought Mayweather the second time. Judah and Corely are the only two guys Mayweather fought coming off a loss this millineum. As you noted, the Judah fight was signed before Judah lost. The only other guy Mayweather fought coming off a loss since becoming an established fighter was Juuko, and Juuko was a late replacement. Several times over the last 5 years, Pacquiao has targeted guys coming off a loss and/or guys coming off a bad performance. I think he had one stretch where 4 ouf 5 opponents were coming off losses.

I'm going by OFFICIAL statistics. If I didn't, you can manipulate err... argue that I'm going by personal opinion.

Here's more contradictions from Floyd fans about Pac. All official stats:

Garcia was his 11th fight as a pro? Why ROFL? Especially considering Mosley is only 2 months younger and Pacquiao will be fighting him AS AN ESTABLISHED CHAMPION? Why don't you ROFL for Pacquiao's fight with Mosley? Exactly... your avatar keeps you from thinking clearly. I like Pacquiao too man, have kicked it with the Roach, but seriously you are being pretty stupid and obviously bias.

And again, 14 of those were within Mayweather's first 17 fights and before he became a champion. You have been exposed, sorry.

So you admit a young Floyd cherry picked these old men (much older than Pac's oldest opponents to date)?

    Exposed?

Either you're just trolling, or extremely stupid. I am trying to decide which.

Your "statistic" has been analyzed and exposed. Sorry.

Actually, statistics are subjective, and you would know this if you've taken a college level statistics course. :hi:
